CORPORATE PLANNING BODY

Being the top-most management team in the Fisheries Department, is responsible for :-

• Amending development policies and strategies for the fisheries resources and potentials of the country;
  
• Monitoring and evaluating the progress of Departmental projects and the development of the fisheries industry;
  
• Handling the fisheries information system so as to manage the fisheries and the human resources development;
  
• Evaluating the requirement of international relations with regional and international organizations.
