EXPORTING PROCEDURE OF FRESH AND FROZEN FISH

1. Application form shall attached together with :-
  1.1

copy of business registration certificate, section 16 and 17 related to fisheries operation issued by Attorney General Chambers of Brunei Darussalam;

  1.2 copy of identity card of the applicant.
2.

Citizen of Brunei Darussalam or permanent resident;

3.

Applicant will be interviewed for data gathering;

4. Technical comment and recommendation from respective division;
5.

Inspection of applicant’s facilities and equipment will be conducted;

6.

Upon endorsed, export permit will be issued :-

  6.1

licence fee of $20.00 per consignment only;

  6.2

to obtain health certificate with the fee of $2.00 per consignment.

  6.3

to agree and signed with the terms and conditions for exporting of fresh and frozen fish.

7.

If importing country require 'Certificate of Origin’, it can be obtained from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
