Application form shall attached together with :- |

1.1 |
copy of
business registration certificate, section 16 and 17 related to
fisheries operation issued by Attorney General Chambers of Brunei
Darussalam; |

1.2 |
copy of
identity card of the applicant. |

2. |
Citizen
of Brunei Darussalam or permanent resident; |
|
3. |
Applicant
will be interviewed for data gathering; |
|
4. |
Technical comment and recommendation from respective division; |
|
5. |
Inspection of applicant’s facilities and equipment will be
conducted; |
|
6. |
Upon received technical comment and recommendation from respective
division, licensing section will forward the application to
Corporate Planning Body for endorsement. |
|
7. |
Upon
endorsed, export permit will be issued :- |
| |
7.1 |
licence
fee of $20.00 per consignment only; |
| |
7.2 |
to obtain health certificate with the fee of $2.00 per consignment; |
| |
7.3 |
to agree
and signed with the terms and conditions for exporting of live fish. |

8. |
If importing country require 'Certificate of Origin’, it can
be obtained from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. |
