business registration certificate, section 16 and 17 related to
fisheries operation issued by Attorney General Chambers of Brunei
Darussalam; |

Copy of
identity card of the applicant. |

Citizen
of Brunei Darussalam or permanent resident; |

3. |
Applicant
will be interviewed for data gathering; |
|
4. |
Inspection of applicant’s facilities and equipment will be
conducted; |

5. |
Upon
endorsed, import permit will be issued :- |

5.1 |
Licence
fee of $20.00 per consignment only; |
| |
5.2 |
For shrimp cultured should enclosed with health certificate from the
country of origin; |
| |
5.3 |
To agree
and signed with the terms and conditions for importing of fresh and
frozen fish. |
