fisheries operation issued by Attorney General Chambers of Brunei
Darussalam; |

identity card of the applicant. |

Citizen
of Brunei Darussalam or permanent resident; |

Applicant
will be interviewed for data gathering; |
|
4. |
Upon
endorsed, transit permit will be issued :- |

4.1 |
licence
fee of $20.00 per consignment only; |
| |
4.2 |
fo filled-in fish transit record form; |
| |
4.3 |
to agree
and signed with the terms and conditions for transit of fresh,
frozen and
live fish. |
